Lead and coordinate development and implementation of decentralized exchange solutions on Solana. Manage project lifecycle, align cross-functional teams, identify and mitigate risks, track milestones, communicate status to stakeholders, and implement PM best practices and tools.
Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the high-performance Solana ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of decentralized exchange solutions, ensuring seamless execution and integration within the DEX space.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all stages of project management, from initiation to closure, within the Solana ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
- Implement best practices and tools for project management and tracking within the decentralized exchange landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry.
- Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
