Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a full-time position based in Tunis, reporting to the technical Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Delivery

  • Manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept to successful delivery
  • Define and document functional specifications
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact between business, technical, and operational teams
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and timelines
  • Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and issue resolution

Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support testing phases (UAT, end-to-end validation) and ensure launch readiness
  • Monitor issues and follow up using logs, test data, and performance indicators

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements in tools, workflows, and documentation
  • Promote best practices in project management and delivery

PROFILE

  • Good understanding of technical environments, including API-based integrations
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation (endpoints, credentials, integration flows)
  • Familiarity with staging and production environments, configuration checks, and deployment processes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technical project management, integration delivery, or a similar cross-functional technical role
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Autonomous, adaptable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
