In this role, you will manage end-to-end technical project lifecycles, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of complex initiatives aligned with both business and technical goals. You will work closely with solution engineers, product, and executive teams to deliver high-impact projects while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and technical feasibility. This role blends client-facing relationship management with internal project execution and is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly accountable project manager with a strong technical background who can translate complex technical and clinical requirements into actionable workstreams, facilitate cross-functional communication, proactively solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with solution engineers, product, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration.
  • Identify and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success.
  • Develop project plan, monitor project progress, track key metrics, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Foster collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates and potential blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, IT project delivery, or technical leadership.
  • Experience in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and systems architecture.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheets or Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills—able to synthesize and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly adaptable with proven success managing multiple, complex projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Calm under pressure and effective at navigating ambiguity with a solutions-first mindset.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.

In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:
