The Technical Project Manager will lead technical implementations on e-commerce platforms, manage project teams, and oversee marketing automation integration, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a Tech Project Manager to join our team in Argentina. In this role, you will lead technical implementations and manage cross-functional teams working with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot. You'll be responsible for overseeing the integration of marketing automation tools and technologies such as Zapier, Airtable, Octopus, and various email marketing platforms. Your goal will be to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce and digital marketing projects, optimizing workflows and delivering high-impact solutions for our clients.
- E-commerce Platform Implementations: Lead end-to-end implementations on platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems.
- Email Marketing Integration: Oversee the integration and optimization of email marketing platforms, ensuring effective communication strategies are in place.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Task Organization: Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, manage workloads, and prioritize client requests effectively.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
RequirementsRequirements
- Project Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project management roles within e-commerce or digital product development environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with APIs and integrations.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (including Shopify Plus), WordPress, and Webflow.
- Email Marketing Tools: Proficiency in integrating and managing email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile frameworks, conducting Scrum ceremonies, and utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for task management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications.
- Global Project Experience: Experience managing projects across multiple international markets, understanding regional legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage analytics to measure site performance and recommend enhancements to meet business goals.
