Position: Technical Recruiter

Location: Austin, TX (on-site Monday-Friday)

Pay: Base salary + uncapped commission potential (OTE: $90,000 Year One)

Who We’re Looking For: A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.

  • Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence.

  • Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.

  • Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience required.

  • Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups.
