About the Team: 

The Talent Acquisition does more than just fill roles; we architect how Relativity grows. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, understand the gaps they’re facing, and design hiring strategies around those needs. You’re a trusted partner shaping not only who we hire, but how we hire. From building scalable interview frameworks to creating a candidate experience that reflects our values, the team lays the foundation for the long-term success of Relativity.

About the Role:

Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking full-cycle Technical Recruiter to build strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, understand their hiring goals, and develop effective recruiting strategies. 

You will partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their teams, projects, and talent needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, managing, and closing high-performing candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.

  • Become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define and identify top talent in this field
  • Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates, leveraging industry expertise, market insights, and data to effectively close candidates
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams
  • Develop and implement ideas to strengthen the recruiting funnel, build equitable interview processes, evaluate and introduce new tools, and stay informed on industry technology trends and competitive market data
  • Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Onsite requirement: This is a fully onsite role based at Cape Canaveral location. You can expect to work onsite five days per week to support interviews, team meetings, and hiring manager discussions

About You:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-scaling, high-growth organizations
  • Proven track record of sourcing passive talent and successfully filling early- to mid-career roles
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
  • Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies to secure top talent
  • Experience improving recruiting processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness

Nice to haves but not required:  

  • Experience recruiting for rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing organizations
  • Experience managing both high-volume, non-exempt hiring and specialized exempt searches simultaneously
  • Ability to quickly pivot between departments, priorities, and hiring needs

$49$68 USD
