WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

As a Technical Recruiter at EOS IT Solutions, you will be at the forefront of building our team, managing a high volume of recruitment needs across technical, business support, and senior roles in The Americas. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, combining your passion for connecting with talent and your strategic approach to filling roles effectively. Your work will directly impact the growth of our company, shaping the future of our workforce, while ensuring we remain an employer of choice in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of roles across technical, business support, and senior positions. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to understand resourcing needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. 
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization. 
  • Utilizing multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline. 
  • Conducting initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values. 
  • Promoting the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract potential candidates and position the company as an employer of choice. 
  • Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact to onboarding.
  • Driving offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Keeping updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving the hiring process to meet the evolving needs of the business. 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: 

  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Track record of successfully recruiting technical, engineering, and business support candidates.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using diverse methods to build talent pipelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt recruitment strategies to meet challenging or evolving hiring needs. 
  • Proficiency in using ATS software and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. 
  • Proven ability to negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

DESIRED CRITERIA:

  • Recruitment experience within the IT, logistics, and/or Data Center arenas.
  • Experiencing managing the candidate pipeline with Greenhouse ATS
  • Familiarity with negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations for technical roles.
