About the Role

As a Technical Sales Associate, you will support the sales team in engaging customers, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with solution design. This entry-level role is designed to help you build technical sales expertise while contributing to DBSync’s growth. You will learn to understand customer requirements, communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate across teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in product demonstrations by showcasing DBSync’s data integration solutions to prospective customers.
  • Support sales activities including lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and alignment with solution sales strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic technical guidance with support from senior team members.
  • Stay updated on product features, SaaS trends, and data integration technologies.
  • Contribute to customer engagement by gathering feedback and assisting in developing strategies to improve adoption.
  • Learn and grow by enhancing technical sales skills through training, mentorship, and self-learning.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS, IT sales, or related technical sales support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn data integration, SaaS, and cloud solutions.
  • Communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and passion for technology.
  • CRM familiarity (Salesforce/ Hubspot/ MSD or similar) is a plus.
  • Team collaboration and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT, or workflow automation platforms) to enhance sales productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and improve customer engagement. 

Job Location: US (Remote)

Job Shift: 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST
