This Position reports to:
EL Sales Support Manager - Commercial Operations
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in support of the Field Quotes and OEMs strategy for ELDS SWG. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
The work model for the role is: remote
This role is contributing to the LV MCC and MV LIS in US. Main stakeholders are Internal/External Customers
You will be mainly accountable for:
Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience in LV MCC, MV SWG, LV SWG
You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with the pre-sales process in the majors segment and channels.
Highly adept in Empower and SFDC
You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around developing and supporting new strategies and enjoy embarking on new challenges.
Proven experience of Electrical System, LV&MV application in the Water, Industry segments.
You are at ease communicating in with sales, customers, FAE

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $98,700 and $157,920 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
