The Technical Sales Representative will develop product knowledge, demonstrate products, provide customer support, and grow sales through relationship building and market research.

Technical Sales Position Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and ingredients
- Demonstrate product functionality and training to potential customers and current customers
- Create recipes and cultivate innovation with our products
- Identify customer needs and match products accordingly
- Address the technical requirements of customers
- Solve challenges related to equipment and process optimization
- Provide pre-and post-sale technical support
- Grow sales through product demos and research market intelligence
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of baking experience with yeast-raised applications
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-disciplined, works independently, and has a strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability for overnight travel as needed
- Valid US driver’s license and reliable means of transportation (car)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
