Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating agile development and ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed effectively. The ideal candidate will have an experience working in a software development environment preferably a solid background in mobile technology, web technology, or mobile/web app development and possess strong project management skills.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products within deadlines.
- Ensure the development team understands and follows the Agile/Scrum framework.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Track and report on team progress and metrics to the management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Coach and mentor team members to continuously improve their Agile/Scrum practices and processes.
Technical Profile
- Good hands on experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and mobile technologies (Android, iOS) to communicate with developers effectively, evaluate project feasibility, and make informed decisions based on technical considerations.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
- Excellent leadership quality, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment.
