Responsibilities
  • Join client calls to understand unique customer workflows and business requirements
  • Ideate and collaborate with internal engineering teams on how to best implement Candor's healthcare data into client systems
  • Serve as the technical expert explaining our API, flat file exports, and UI capabilities to customers
  • Maintain and update clear technical documentation, integration guides and solution proposals for our clients and prospects
  • Set up and configure custom data exports tailored to individual client needs
  • Implement last-mile technical solutions to ensure seamless data integration for clients
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution to customer technical challenges
  • Leverage AI tooling, create and refine shared skills to effectively to improve the quality and velocity of our remediation of client issues

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles
  • Experience in writing SQL queries for data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting
  • Comfortable in a terminal, reading code, and working with APIs
  • Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with structured data formats (JSON, CSV, XML) and relational databases
  • Experience in tracking down critical issues and client questions, being the point person for client escalations
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset; skilled at active listening and translating customer needs into technical solutions
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for product improvements, technical automation, or enhanced customer outcomes
  • Experience with healthcare tech is a plus
