Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a highly motivated and technically savvy Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of exceptional technical talent across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and emerging AI technologies. 
Working closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Delivery Leadership, the Technical Sourcer will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, networking, and relationship building to identify passive talent for some of our most challenging consulting positions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys research, talent mapping, relationship building, and uncovering exceptional talent before they enter the active job market.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Talent Sourcing
  • Develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized Adobe Experience Cloud and AI consulting roles.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, professional communities, GitHub, user groups, conferences, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain evergreen talent pipelines aligned with current hiring needs and future business growth.
  • Conduct competitive market mapping across Adobe Partners, consulting firms, system integrators, and enterprise organizations.
  • Partner with recruiters to prioritize searches and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

Candidate Engagement
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns that highlight Blue Acorn iCi's culture, consulting model, and career opportunities.
  • Conduct initial qualification conversations with prospective candidates.
  • Build long-term relationships with passive talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through recruiter handoff.
Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Deliver recruiter-ready candidate shortlists, including sourcing notes and insights.
  • Re-engage previous candidates and silver medalists.
  • Monitor sourcing metrics and pipeline health.
  • Support recruiter reporting and talent pipeline forecasting.
Market Intelligence
  • Stay current on Adobe Experience Cloud, AI, digital experience, cloud, and data & analytics talent markets.
  • Provide insights into compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, talent availability, and emerging technical skills.
  • Identify and communicate sourcing challenges, talent market constraints, and competitive hiring trends to recruiting and business stakeholders.
  • Recommend innovative sourcing strategies and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of technical sourcing experience within consulting, technology, or digital transformation organizations.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing highly specialized technical talent.
  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent sourcing initiatives.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments where role scope, priorities, and technical requirements may evolve throughout the search process.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience sourcing one or more of the following technologies:
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
    • Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)
    • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
    • Adobe Analytics

  • Experience supporting consulting organizations or Adobe implementation partners is strongly preferred.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $75,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
