Technician IV - Integration & Test

Job Description
Perform a variety of technical assignments requiring knowledge of engineering, science, or other technical applications. Assist and support engineering and manufacturing in the development, assembly, and testing of a wide variety of company products and systems. Duties are typically more task-oriented (versus responsibility-oriented), performed with oversight and prioritization by an engineer, supervisor, or lead, and tend to be consistent in content during day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 3 years or more related experience.
• Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor's or Master's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
• A current, active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Specialized certifications in IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 (Solder/Wiring standards).
• 8+ years of experience in systems integration and testing within a defense or aerospace environment.
• Proven track record of executing complex test plans for large-scale integrated systems.
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and system-level verification.
• Advanced proficiency with diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers).
• Ability to interpret complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Experience utilizing automated test equipment (ATE) and scripting (e.g., Python or LabVIEW) to streamline test procedures.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66017 - $105628

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
