Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Strategic Alliances department is hiring a Technology Alliances Director to define and execute Nozomi Networks’ global technology partner strategy. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and managing a high-impact ecosystem of technology partners—including security vendors, platform providers, infrastructure partners, and strategic innovators—that extend Nozomi’s platform, drive customer value, and support long-term growth.
Reporting into the Strategic Alliances organization, this leader will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure technology alliances are tightly aligned with product strategy and go-to-market objectives.

If this sounds like you, read on. You could be the next "Nozomier"!

In this role, you will:

  • Define and own the global technology alliance strategy aligned with Nozomi Networks’ product vision, platform roadmap, and business priorities
  • Define and implement, with input from cross-functional teams, processes for a measured and outcomes-based technology alliances approach
  • Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions based on ecosystem needs and partner opportunities
  • With support from product and engineering teams, assist technology alliances with the development and implementation of integrations using Nozomi Networks APIs.
  • Identify, prioritize, and evaluate new technology partnership opportunities that expand ecosystem capabilities, integrations, and market reach
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic technology partners, acting as the primary executive point of contact
  • Establish clear partner segmentation, value propositions, and success metrics across the technology partner ecosystem
  • Ensure clear internal communication and enablement around partner capabilities and joint value propositions
  • Develop partner Go to Market (GTM) plans, lead partner onboarding, and oversee ongoing governance to drive commercial outcomes and joint pipeline
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & customer facing teams to enable joint solutions, co-selling motions, marketing collateral and partner-led demand generation
  • Support customer engagements and executive briefings involving strategic technology partners as needed
  • Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Software, cybersecurity, or infrastructure technology companies
  • Proven experience building and scaling technology partner ecosystems, including integrations and joint solutions
  • Previous technical background in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or infrastructure technologies, providing a strong foundation for understanding partner solutions and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures, platforms, and integration models (APIs, data sharing, joint workflows)
  • Ability to define alliance frameworks, processes, and best practices to support a scalable and repeatable partner model
  • Experience with reporting on performance using KPIs such as integration adoption, pipeline influence, and customer impact
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Preferred experience in OT, IoT, cybersecurity, industrial systems, or critical infrastructure markets
  • Prior experience working with global technology partners and alliance programs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, and cybersecurity technologies e.g. SIEM/SOAR, network security, or adjacent security ecosystems is an advantage
  • Experience supporting both strategic and execution-oriented alliance motions
