Job Summary

The Technology and GRC Solutions Consultant supports the implementation and delivery of TrustCloud.ai Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for public sector and commercial customers. This role will initially work alongside experienced TrustCloud implementation specialists, learning the platform and delivery methodology before taking ownership of customer implementations and projects. In addition to customer-facing implementation responsibilities, this role will work directly with the Vice President of Technology & Innovation to support strategic technology initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, develop technical content, and support sales enablement efforts.


Primary Responsibilities

  • TrustCloud Implementation & Customer Delivery
    • Shadow experienced TrustCloud implementation specialists and learn platform capabilities, implementation methodologies, and best practices
    • Configure and implement TrustCloud solutions for public sector and commercial customers
    • Conduct customer discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops
    • Serve as a business analyst to document customer requirements, workflows, and desired outcomes
    • Guide customers through Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts, features, and functionality within TrustCloud
    • Support customers in understanding security and compliance frameworks including NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and related standards
    • Configure workflows, reporting, dashboards, assessments, and automation capabilities within TrustCloud
    • Deliver customer training sessions and knowledge transfer activities
    • Manage implementation projects from initiation through production deployment
    • Assist with project planning, status tracking, and customer communications
    • Support contract and project management activities as needed
    • Maintain project documentation, implementation artifacts, and customer deliverables
    • Collaborate with customer stakeholders, internal teams, and TrustCloud resources to ensure successful project outcomes
    • Provide post-implementation support and customer success guidance
    • Contribute to the growth and maturity of FRC’s TrustCloud and technology consulting practice
  • Technology & Innovation Initiatives
    • Support the VP of Technology & Innovation with strategic technology initiatives
    • Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies and solutions
    • Learn and apply new artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve business operations, customer engagement, and service delivery
    • Assist with sales enablement efforts related to OEM technology partners and solution offerings
    • Develop technical content including blog articles, white papers, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership materials
    • Support technology demonstrations, customer briefings, and solution presentations
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
  • 3–7 years of experience delivering customer-facing technology projects
  • Experience implementing SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Atlassian, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions
  • Experience supporting public sector customers including federal, state, local government, or higher education organizations
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts through self-directed learning
  • Ability to learn and apply cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and compliance concepts
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment

Preferred Skills/Abilities

  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security compliance frameworks
  • Understanding of NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or related frameworks
  • Experience supporting professional services or consulting engagements
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms and API integrations
  • Project management experience
  • Security+, CGRC, CISA, CISSP, PMP, or related certifications

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
