Position Overview
The Technology Solutions Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of large broker-led accounts and multi-market portfolio pursuits across the Americas and Globally. This role is responsible for aligning client technology needs with Cushman & Wakefield’s digital capabilities, delivering compelling pursuit strategies, and supporting brokers and account teams with scalable, innovative solutions that differentiate our service offering.
This position requires deep expertise in commercial real estate technology, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable, tech-enabled solutions and the ability to present solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Pursuit Strategy & Sales Enablement
- Lead the technology strategy for large-scale pursuits, including RFP responses, solutioning, and client presentations.
- Partner with brokers, pursuit teams, Multi Market Leads and Subject Matter Experts to craft compelling narratives that showcase C&W’s digital capabilities.
- Support the development of pricing models, proformas, and technology solution roadmaps tailored to client needs.
- Deliver demos of CREM tools (e.g., Lease Admin, Transaction Management, Data Visualization, GIS tools) and collaborate on storytelling through microsites, dashboards, maps, and digital playbooks.
- Stay current with emerging technologies as they become available in C&W —including AI, automation, data analytics, etc and assess their potential to enhance client outcomes and pursuit strategies.
Technology Solutioning & Client Advisory
- Evaluate client tech environments and recommend solutions that align with business goals and operational models.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and brokers on emerging technologies, data strategies, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to ensure alignment between client needs and C&W’s core technology stack.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Standardize and continuously improve pursuit support processes, including intake, resource allocation, and solution documentation.
- Contribute to a library of reusable content, case studies, and templates to accelerate response times and ensure consistency.
- Track pursuit outcomes and client feedback to refine solution strategies and improve win rates.
- Comply with information security protocols and compliance requirements in client RFPs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
- Coach and train brokers and client-facing teams on the value proposition of C&W’s technology solutions.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment.
- Represent the TDS team in internal forums, QBRs, and client transition meetings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology solutioning, sales support, or client advisory roles within commercial real estate or enterprise technology.
- Proven success supporting large, complex pursuits and multi-market portfolios.
- Strong understanding of CRE technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field a plus

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
