About Ritual

About the role

We're seeking a TEE Specialist to pioneer the next generation of on-chain compute verifiability solutions. You'll be at the forefront of integrating TEE technology with GPU compute for AI workloads, working on immediate, high-impact initiatives that are crucial for making fully onchain AI practical.

  • Design and implement TEE - based solutions for secure AI model execution
  • Develop and optimize TEE + GPU integration patterns for high-performance AI workloads
  • Build verification mechanisms for computational integrity using TEE capabilities
  • Design and implement secure network traffic attestation systems for bridging off-chain data
  • Utilize secure enclaves for sensitive operations within our distributed network
  • Work with our core team to implement practical, market-ready TEE solutions
  • Collaborate on architecture decisions balancing security, performance, and time-to-market
  • Maintain and optimize TEE environments in production systems
About you
  • Deep expertise in TEE technologies (SGX, TDX, SEV-SNP), with practical implementation experience
  • Strong background in systems programming (C++, Rust), with focus on secure enclave development
  • Experience with GPU integration in TEE environments
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems and kernel-level programming
  • Expertise in network security protocols and traffic attestation mechanisms
  • Familiarity with EVM-based blockchain systems and distributed computing
  • Track record of shipping production TEE implementations
  • Experience with TEE SDKs (Gramine, Open Enclave, etc.)
  • Strong security mindset and understanding of threat models in distributed systems
  • Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions balancing security and time-to-market requirements
  • Ability to act quickly under high pressure scenarios and context switch at a high frequency
  • A high level of end-to-end ownership and self-direction, with excellent communication skills
  • Hungry, high-energy and ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
  • Experience with AI/ML systems and their computational requirements
  • Knowledge of blockchain node operation or development
  • Background in cryptography and secure systems design
    Experience with network verification protocols (zkTLS, TLSNotary, etc.)
  • Experience with zero-knowledge proofs or other verification systems
  • Contributions to open-source TEE or security projects
