THE ROLEAs a Teleoperation Operator, you will provide critical remote assistance for robotic systems, serving as a fallback for autonomous tasks and aiding in data verification. This role is essential for ensuring system safety and capturing high-quality performance data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Remote Operation: Proficiently operate robotic systems via joysticks or web-based teleoperation interfaces.
- Visual Monitoring: Manage and monitor multiple camera views simultaneously to ensure safe operation.
- SOP Compliance: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all remote tasks.
- Data Labeling: Clearly annotate and document failure causes during operation for engineering feedback.
- Verification: Assist in the validation and testing of autonomous system behaviors.
RequirementsREQUIREMENTS
- Background: Experience in remote equipment operation (e.g., drones, industrial machinery) or as an engineering student.
- Skills: High proficiency in navigating complex digital interfaces and simulation environments.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to following detailed SOPs and reporting accurate data.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English for internal communication.
- Tools: Familiarity with joystick-based and web-based control systems.
- Extensive experience as a gaming or simulation enthusiast with high-speed reaction times.
- Prior experience with teleoperation software and multi-camera monitoring setups.
