Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Texas to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a W2 employee with full support, stability, and benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting

What You’ll Need

Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

  • Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses)

  • 1–3 years of post-licensure experience

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms

  • A private, confidential workspace
