Overview: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and project management temporary team member to support information flow and project management four natural channel, across our four operating companies: OLLY, SPV, Onnit, and Welly. This role will focus on distributing daily incoming communications and managing project timelines associated with applicable communication priorities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review, consolidate and distribute natural channel communications from a centralized email account. 
  • Attend, document follow ups and maintain project tracking from internal and external meetings. 
  • In coordination with project owners, manage applicable workstreams, focusing on timelines, action plans and owners. 
  • Use AI tools to assist in document classification, summarization, and organization of broker SharePoint site. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of document sets. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in SharePoint navigation and document management. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365. 
  • Familiarity with AI tools for document analysis (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar). 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Project management experience preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

LOCATION: Remote, USA

HOURS: 40 hours/week January-March 2026 

MANAGER: Reports to:  VP Sales Dotted line to: Sr. Manager
