Job Description:

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are seeking Site Acquisition Manager to join our team in support of the Army TEN-M program. This program manages the development, engineering and safety for telecommunications towers, antennae and associated technologies.


This is a remote position and requires 25% to 50% travel; you must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major airport


As the Site Acquisition Manager, you:


  • Are responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing sites for network deployment.
  • Manage all aspects of site leasing and zoning activities (if required), including negotiating agreements and navigating municipal approval processes.
  • Research and coordinates all required permits—such as NEPA and other environmental or regulatory clearances, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Prepare and files permit applications and works closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure all technical documents, drawings, and supporting materials are complete and submitted accurately and on time.

Basic Qualifications:


  • BS Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of site acquisition experience and understanding of the duties as described above
  • Secret Clearance desired

The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
