Exciting Opportunity for Territory Sales Representative for Southern California 

Fully Remote with up to 50% travel – must be based in the Los Angeles or San Fernando Valley area

Must have experience selling HVACR products and working closely with dealers.

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Fieldpiece is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Territory Sales Representative to manage and expand our presence in Southern California! In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth by cultivating strong relationships with store associates, branch managers, and end-users. You’ll provide training, optimize merchandising, and collaborate with our dynamic Fieldpiece team to ensure distributors and end users get the full support they need.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales – Maximize sales by providing product training and demos highlighting the product value proposition, optimizing point of sale merchandising, developing promotions and providing sales support to both distributors and end-users.
  • Build Relationships – Develop deep relationships with key partners, including distributors and end-users, offering tailored sales training and event support.
  • Analyze & Act – Monitor sales data, identify opportunities, and take proactive action to boost performance.
  • Market Knowledge – Become an expert on the market, including competitors, products, and applications to maximize sales potential in your territory.
  • Independent Success – Leverage your technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to meet sales goals, while working independently after initial training.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HVACR B2B or dealer sales experience, preferably with tools, devices, equipment, or consumer products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and personalities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, with about 35% of overnight travel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.).
  • A self-motivated, team-oriented individual with strong organizational and time management abilities.
