The Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Test to join our team to help build efficient, elegant, and accurate enterprise solutions for the financial industry.
As a Software Engineer in Test, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our test infrastructure and tooling, creating new frameworks and systems that facilitate automated testing processes, leading to more efficient issue identification and robust solution delivery. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to ensure our products are highly testable, contributing to the development and maintenance of testing frameworks and strategies. You will bring to the team industry best practices around functional and regression testing and ensure high-quality and high-velocity product launches.
Our Engineering Team
The CMG engineering team consists of domain experts who work collaboratively within a culture of cross-domain knowledge sharing. We value engineers who are passionate about modern technologies and best practices.

- Create reusable tooling and libraries that allow engineering teams to easily write, run, and maintain automated tests for APIs, services, and full-stack applications.
- Proactively identify gaps in existing testing strategies and design new systems to improve test coverage, efficiency, and scalability across the platform.
- Analyze and debug complex failures in automated test systems, differentiating between test infrastructure issues and product defects.
- Champion a quality engineering culture across the organization, mentoring developers on writing effective tests, improving code testability, and leveraging automation tooling.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA automation tooling, test data management solutions, and environment reliability to support rapid product development at scale.
