MAKE AN IMPACT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define an approach and plan for incremental testing, ensuring early risk mitigation and de-risking a compressed final test window (5 weeks).
  • Define and own the end-to-end testing strategy for a large, multi-market program, including UAT cycle design, reporting, and governance.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple market test leads, ensuring structured defect management and transparent reporting to senior leadership.
  • Define and enforce entry and exit criteria for UAT and production release.
  • Ensure strong test governance, environment planning, and readiness across parallel SIT and UAT cycles where required.

Must Have Skills / Experience

  • Strong test planning and strategy design capability.
  • Strong exp into RWA, Basel/ Pillar 3
  • Proven stakeholder management experience across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated delivery discipline managing multi-country programs in parallel.
  • Experience driving structured defect management and executive reporting.
