Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy, analytical, and partner-focused Channel Account Manager for our TETRA-through-the-channel business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Luxembourg (DACHL). You will be the primary point of contact for our channel partners.
This position is designed for a rising professional who excels in selling through channel partners, managing & fostering partner relationships, operational excellence, precise forecasting, and building long-term partner trust. You will be responsible for maintaining existing revenue while identifying new areas of growth through disciplined channel management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSelling the entire TETRA portfolio (devices, accessories & systems) to our channel business
Relationship Management: Proactively strengthen partner bonds to ensure high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
Partner Enablement: Serve as the "face of the brand" in the region. You will resolve partner issues promptly or strategically navigate our internal departments to find the right solutions.
Precision Forecasting: Maintain a rigorous, data-driven sales funnel. You are expected to provide monthly and quarterly forecasts with a high degree of accuracy to support regional planning.
Operational Hygiene: Keep CRM data (Salesforce) pristine, ensuring it accurately reflects market reality and customer health.
Growth Identification: Collaborate with partners and internal technical teams to spot upsell opportunities and expansion areas within the existing partner base.
Basic Requirements
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or inside sales (preferably within the telecommunications or mission-critical communications industry, but not mandatory).
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy the "science" of sales. You understand that an accurate forecast is just as important as a closed deal.
Communication: Native or near-native German and professional fluency in English are mandatory.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and a service-oriented mindset to repair and strengthen partner relationships.
