Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations.
  • Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
  • Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
  • Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency.

Required Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a title leadership role.

Preferred Background / Industry Experience:

  • Experience in title insurance and lending services.

Key Soft Skills:

  • Effective communication abilities
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management capabilities

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CSC, NETRO, and corporate document review.
