What We Are Looking For

Dandy is looking for a Training Manager for our team of training professionals located in our multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll use your training and project management skills to create, edit and organize, existing and new curriculum. You will identify gaps in learning tools, and eLearning platforms. Lead the programs and team to help keep manufacturing running smoothly and consistently throughout multiple sites. You will work closely with operations leaders and automation engineers to align advanced and introductory training to meet and exceed the needs of an ever changing business.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, streamline and maintain technical training programs from onboarding new hires through to upskilling.

  • Work closely with the Instructional Design team to ensure all job aids and e-Content is up to date and adds value to the learner and/ or trainer.

  • Collaborate with department managers, engineers, training and other stakeholders to ensure operational needs are met.

  • Develop and implement strategies for upskilling internal manufacturing audiences.

  • Manage timelines and oversee the program lifecycle, including updates, audits, and new training needs.

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to improve onboarding, graduation, ramp goals and more.

  • Measuring the impact of training programs on employee performance and making data-driven adjustments to improve future programs
