What you’ll achieve
As a Transformational AI Program Manager, you will drive strategic program delivery, foster seamless stakeholder engagement across technical and business domains, and ensure our marketing metrics initiatives are AI-ready and fully aligned with our broader digital ambitions. Commitment to continuous improvement, fostering a culture of agility, learning, and adaptability within program execution. Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale, complex technology programs with extensive data modernization efforts, translate strategic business objectives into program roadmaps and tangible outcomes.

You will:

  •  Strong foundational understanding of core AI solutions and common use cases, applied to marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization

  • Ability to engage in credible technical discussions with engineering and data science teams, challenging assumptions and ensuring technical feasibility

  • A track record of building consensus, managing expectations, and proactively identifying and mitigating program risks and interdependencies.

  • Experience in defining program scope, objectives, governance, and success metrics for AI-driven initiatives

  • Possession of industry-recognized certifications in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale), with additional certifications or demonstrated knowledge in AI Products

  • Proven track record of successful delivery in high-stakes environments

Essential Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of related experience in a marketing operations function

  • Solid experience with reporting and data analysis and a proficiency with Management Tools - Agile Platforms etc

  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies

  • Ability to lead or manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to improve processes

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $152,150 - $196,900.
