Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or comparable engineering or applied science degree)
  • 6+ years of experience in roadway design
  • 2+ years of progressive project management experience
  • Texas Professional Engineering license (or the ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months)
  • Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design
  • Experience with MicroStation and Open Roads/Open Roads Designer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working on or with the Texas Department of Transportation and understanding their design requirements and/or LGPP Projects
  • Client communication and reporting, management of deadlines and project deliverables, project execution and quality management, agency coordination, scope and fee development along with project scheduling and tracking of activities
