You will play a crucial role and conduct UI experience analysis of our client’s business processes, leverage the knowledge with your technical expertise in UI/UX design and applications functionality and provide technical leadership and guidance for the UI/UX development of mission-critical financial applications from IBM Mainframe platforms to modern, cloud-enabled, and server-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build React single‑page applications using modular component architecture, client‑side routing patterns, and robust state management.

• Deliver responsive layouts using modern CSS approaches such as grid, flexbox, and media queries.

API Integration & Secure UI Behavior:

• Optimize UI performance for data‑dense screens supporting reconciliation, exception tracking, and multi‑step review processes.

Accessibility & Workflow Design:
• Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines through ARIA roles, keyboard navigation support, and semantic HTML usage.
• Design intuitive end‑to‑end UX workflows for exception flows, drilldowns, multi‑step approvals, and audit-driven interactions.
• Debug complex state transitions, routing logic, and asynchronous data flow issues to ensure consistent and predictable UI behavior.

Collaboration & Documentation:
• Collaborate with backend, ingestion, reporting, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality end‑to‑end workflows.
• Document UI components, interaction patterns, integration contracts, and UX standards to support maintainability and future enhancements.

• Familiarity with secure UI behaviors including protected routes, session handling, and safe rendering patterns.
• Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, ARIA usage, and semantic HTML.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in debugging UI state, routing behaviors, and asynchronous workflows.

• Experience with UX documentation, design systems, and maintaining reusable UI component libraries.
• Exposure to backend systems, data ingestion pipelines, or reporting platforms to support end‑to‑end workflow alignment.
• Ability to collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams, including product, QA, backend, and infrastructure groups.
