The Role

The UI/UX Lead – GTM Tools & Systems is a business-facing technical design leader who translates commercial strategy, user needs, system architecture, and operational standards into a coherent experience across the revenue technology ecosystem.

Working in partnership with RevOps, RevTech, Sales Leadership, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement, this role bridges commercial strategy and technical execution. The role establishes reusable design standards, guides interface development, and continuously improves how commercial users access information, execute processes, and interact with connected applications. This lead owns the design standards, user experience strategy, and continuous improvement of commercial system interfaces and workflows across core and expansion sales motions, brand business units, and regions.

The ideal candidate creates flow-state user journeys that reduce operational friction, improve adoption and data quality, accelerate technology delivery, and increase the time commercial teams can devote to customer-facing activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Commercial UX Strategy & User Research

  • Develop and maintain ongoing understanding of the needs of Sales, Channel Teams, SDRs, Sales Management, Customer Success, Alliances and supporting commercial functions across brands.
  • Map critical workflows, identify friction and failure points, validate proposed improvements through user research, and establish a prioritized experience roadmap aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Salesforce Experience Design & Optimization

  • Lead the experience design of GTM tools and systems, including Salesforce Lightning pages, record layouts, navigation, dashboards, guided workflows, integrations, and related documentation.
  • Organize information about user roles, commercial motions, and decision requirements that improves efficiency and effectiveness throughout the Sales Journey.
  • Reduce unnecessary navigation, duplicate entry, ambiguity, and user error while maintaining alignment with underlying business processes and system architecture.
  • Connected Systems & Information Architecture

  • Design cohesive experiences across Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Quoting Tools, customer portals, partner platforms, and related applications.
  • Define how users navigate between systems, locate critical information, and complete end-to-end workflows.
  • Partner with technical Enablement owners to distinguish interface improvements from integration, data, security, or architectural issues requiring separate remediation.
  • Commercial Design System & Reusable Standards

  • Establish and maintain a documented design system comprising reusable components, interaction patterns, page templates, dashboard conventions, accessibility standards, and design specs.
  • Align with platform-native standards and establish clear guidance for when experiences should be standardized globally or differentiated intentionally by brand, product, region, or role.
  • Prototyping, Automation & Delivery Enablement

  • Partner with RevTech developers and architects to validate feasibility, prioritize improvements, and integrate design reviews into development, testing, release, and continuous-improvement practices.
  • Activate opportunities for guided sales motions, simplified workflows, and automation-first experiences in core and expansion business across brands.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance

  • Serve as the experience-design authority connecting RevOps, RevTech, commercial leadership, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement.
  • Facilitate requirements discovery, resolve conflicting user needs, document design decisions, and ensure interface changes align with approved processes, data governance, security, accessibility, and platform standards.
  • User Enablement, Documentation & Change Adoption

  • Maintain accurate user guidance, workflow documentation, release explanations, and role-based instructions in partnership with Enablement and system owners.
  • Provide targeted coaching and consultation to users and internal teams for understanding and adoption of fast-paced changes across an evolving, multi-brand commercial environment.
  • Experience Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor experience measures, including task completion time, task success, navigation efficiency, user error rates, adoption, and user feedback.
  • Establish baseline performance, validate improvements after release, and use evidence to prioritize the design backlog and demonstrate measurable contributions to commercial productivity and system reliability.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years professional experience in UX/UI design, enterprise application experience, product design, or commercial systems design.

  • Demonstrated experience improving complex enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning and integrated sales technology environments.

  • Strong understanding of information architecture, workflow design, prototyping, usability testing, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design-system development.

  • Ability to balance global standardization with regional, functional, product, and role-specific requirements across brands and expansion sales motions.

  • Experience establishing design documentation, governance standards, user guidance, and repeatable delivery practices.

  • Salesforce Lightning Design System experience and familiarity with Salesforce configuration and component-based development.

  • Experience with CRM integrations, CPQ or quoting workflows, sales engagement tools, and multi-application commercial environments.

  • Experience working within Agile delivery, CI/CD, product management, or enterprise change-management environments.

  • Familiarity with design collaboration and prototyping tools, behavioral analytics, and AI-assisted design or workflow optimization.

What We offer

  • Flexible working environments
  • Birthday Leave
  • Generous study and training allowance + 5 days paid study leave
  • Creative, fun, and contemporary workspaces
  • A motivated team of industry experts and new talent
  • Celebrated success with ‘Legend’ and ‘Kudos’ Awards
  • Health and wellness program
  • Opportunities for career growth and potential for global intra-company transfers for interested candidates.
