Job Description

Are you, attentive, organized, and passionate about helping businesses navigate complex processes? Join our team as a UI Claims Analyst and help support our clients through unemployment insurance claims process—all from the comfort of your home. You will report to Director of UI Claims Operations.

What you'll do:

  • Audit and update claim response templates for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Communicate with clients to gather documentation.
  • Submit responses to new claims
  • Track claim outcomes and identify trends.
  • Analyze claim success rates.
  • Report on volume and outcomes to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve claim handling processes.
  • Advise clients on appeal options.
  • File appeals and confirm hearing schedules.
  • Analyze appeal outcomes and identify patterns.
  • Recommend improvements to appeal strategies.
  • Schedule check-ins or coaching sessions with clients.
  • Share best practices and process improvement suggestions.
  • Evaluate client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure all submissions meet regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on changes in state agency requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to promote Experian's services during client interactions.
  • Share feedback from clients that could inform product development.
  • Collaborate with marketing or product teams on outreach efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in unemployment claims management industry
  • Experience working directly with clients to gather information, provide guidance, and build long-term partnerships
  • Experience assessing claim outcomes, analyzing unfavorable determinations, and advising on appeal strategies
  • Experience using Bullhorn platform
