Voucherify is seeking an experienced, proactive professional as our Sales Development Representative in North America (F/M/X).

About the Role

Voucherify is the Incentive Optimisation Engine for modern growth teams. We help brands like Breville, Michelin, and Vodafone move beyond static discounts and loyalty theatre with flexible, API-first incentives that drive real revenue. We're built for the teams tired of bloated platforms and “points fatigue,” ready to experiment faster and optimise continuously.

We’re founder-led, bootstrapped, and product-obsessed, powering 350+ brands across ecommerce, retail, and digital services. Watch: What (the heck) is Voucherify?

Now, we’re expanding our U.S. go-to-market team with a sharp, creative, and persistent Sales Development Representative (SDR).

This isn’t your average SDR role. You won’t be stuck sending cold emails into the void or grinding out calls for meetings that never show. At Voucherify, you’ll engage smartly and strategically with a niche set of high-value accounts, tech-savvy product and marketing teams actively looking to scale incentives across channels without killing margin. It's a role designed for someone who wants real ownership and impact, with a clear opportunity to either help shape a dedicated SDR team or progress quickly into an Account Executive position.

What You’ll Do

As an SDR at Voucherify, you will work at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, supporting an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motion focused on our highest-value accounts. We’re looking for someone comfortable combining thoughtful research with direct outreach, including cold calling, to open conversations and advance opportunities.

While we’re a lean team by headcount, we operate globally, giving you hands-on ownership and direct impact on the business.

Your responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute targeted outbound and inbound prospecting activities across email, phone (cold calling), LinkedIn, and social selling, with a strong focus on Enterprise accounts within retail, e-commerce, DTC, travel, healthcare, and hospitality industries.

  • Research target accounts and buying committees using a modern sales intelligence stack and AI tools (including Clay and Gong) to identify intent signals and prioritize high-probability opportunities — meaning less noise, and more time on high-quality conversations
  • Map complex buying groups within enterprise accounts and tailor outreach to open doors with key stakeholders such as CTOs, CMOs, Product Managers, and technical leaders.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to generate a steady flow of high-quality opportunities for US-based Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations, setting well-qualified, well-contextualised demos with clear next steps.
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead, and account data in Salesforce to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Act as a feedback loop between prospects, Sales, and Marketing by sharing insights on objections, trends, and message effectiveness.

About You

  • Experience in a business development or SDR position, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment ( ideally e-commerce, MarTech, or related technology space).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and view the phone as a practical, effective tool to start conversations and break through noise.
  • Experience with account-based or segment-driven outreach, and the ability to balance thoughtful research with execution at scale when needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you write clear, human emails and speak confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Solid technical curiosity and a working understanding of modern SaaS architectures (API-first, headless, MACH).
  • Good familiarity with Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and comfort while engaging the subject with technical and product-oriented buyers.
  • Interest in the digital, e-commerce, and customer engagement ecosystem, and motivation to keep learning.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize work and drive tasks to completion without constant supervision.

Compensation & Benefits of working @Voucherify

  • Variable compensation: Tied directly to the quality of the pipeline you build.
  • Custom benefits package: We cooperate with leading agencies to help you curate benefits and services for you and your family.
  • Agency: Your work will have a direct impact on the size and quality of Voucherify’s customer base in North America. We value autonomy and give you the freedom to do your job your way.
  • Stability: We are fully bootstrapped and committed to profitability. You and our clients are our only shareholders, ensuring a healthy work-life balance and long-term security.
  • Senior Team: Join a "small but mighty" team of experienced developers and marketers. You will receive ample support during onboarding and have a direct line to company leadership.
  • Fully Remote: Enjoy the freedom to manage your schedule within the US/Canada time zones. Whether it's a home-cooked lunch or managing errands between tasks, we prioritize results over clock-punching.
