Product Manager – Data Analytics 
  
Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of their location or financial situation.  Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment.  Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate changemaking team is looking for a Product Manager. 
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead ongoing clinical data analytics products and the expansion of our product portfolio. In this position, you will take the lead within the organization for product planning, product management, and coordination of downstream product release deliverables.  
As a key member of the Product Management Team, you will lead market research to identify novel products, determine product requirements, and work collaboratively with software engineering to determine production timelines and success criteria, prepare go-to-market plans and marketing briefs, and monitor the product projects from concept to launch. Reporting to the CPO, the Product Manager for Data Analytics will:

  • Apply data mining techniques to extract meaningful patterns and insights from clinical, genomic, and operational datasets to guide product development.
  • Oversee usability testing, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
  • Collect and secure structured and unstructured training datasets for AI model development.
  • Conduct market research to identify key customer segments, 
  • Gather user input from clinical case managers on existing solutions and future product roadmap. 
  • Identify and secure training data sets, 
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform product roadmaps, 
  • Conduct usability studies and gather user feedback,  
  • Triage and manage improvement requests from various sources, 
  • Prioritize development for optimum product-market fit, 
  • Develop product requirements and specifications, 
  • Communicate with cross-functional team members, 
  • Monitor operations to identify problems, look for solutions, and continuously improve the product lifecycle. 
  • Develop and implement process improvement and cost-reducing recommendations, 
  • Develop data-driven AI algorithms and engineer GPT prompts  
  • Establish differentiators and value propositions and develop competitive selling points for sales and business development. 
  • Develop product pricing strategies, 
  • Support launches as a resource providing clients with well-informed and helpful answers to their questions,  
  • Ensure that a complete commercial package is distributed with each release, including sales training as necessary. 
  • Evaluate new opportunities in (adjacent) market segments, 
  • Assist sales in key deals, especially where discussion of the roadmap or research is involved. 
  • Prepare briefs for Marketing and Communication. 
Candidate Profile: 
  • University graduate from an industrial or other engineering discipline, computer science, or related fields. 
  • Master of Business Administration degree is a plus, 
  • 5+ years post-graduate, hands-on experience in software development and/or product management and a deep understanding of databases, analytic software, and information technology. 
  • Experience with analytic software product development tools and Agile Scrum methods, 
  • Product management experience with data analytics products using AI algorithms,   
  • Experience with data analytics applications and working with large data sets, 
  • Experience leading clinical data-driven products for healthcare data would be a big advantage. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment, 
  • Working knowledge of data science tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, etc. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, 
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
