Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS); Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems; regulatory requirements specific to the Company, site, and business; and Company policies and operating procedures.
  • Inventory
    • Responsible for leading inventory management projects/actions with notable risk and complexity and develops and implements the strategy for execution
    • Impacts strategy, direction and resource allocation focused on the execution of Integer’s global inventory management and control to include; monthly and annual reporting, site and enterprise scorecard and KPI analysis, IDs risks and opportunities at site and SKU level detail
    • Responsible for alignment and execution of Inventory projections to meet the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Communicates complex Supply Chain Management ideas and anticipates potential objections and persuades others, up to and including senior leadership, to adopt a different point of view
    • Requires close partnership with financial teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution
    • Requires daily interactions with manufacturing sites to ensure inventory strategies are being executed, and its alignment with SIOP.
    • Responsible for site Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy and implementation into the company’s inventory management system and planning systems.
  • Inventory Management System
    • Governs sites in developing or maintaining data and configuration of bill of materials (BOMs), routings and master data.
    • Must be fully proficient in company’s inventory management system in order to teach best practices to site-level supply chain teams.
    • Responsible for development of standard work and site adoption of standard processes for planning and scheduling.
    • Responsible for development and implementation of standard Revenue attainment/pacing process for weekly /monthly /quarterly /yearly tracking. 
    • Develops site-level inventory management system Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Sales Inventory & Operations Planning
    • Coordinates with site to provide monthly performance indicators, resource needs and constraints.
    • Provides analysis and key insights during site meetings.
    • Contributes to development of evolving standard procedures that drive operations excellence.
    • Facilitates and trains others on Integer’s SOP process.
  • Leads Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives with the goal of driving to industry-best practices using innovative solutions.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education:  Desired Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar technical discipline but 8+ of years applicable experience will also be considered. APICS certification or certificate coursework in Lean Manufacturing Systems (or related) desirable.
  • Minimum Experience: 8+ years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing environments, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Specialized Knowledge
    • Experience successfully implementing Plan for Every Part (PFEP) processes. Strong knowledge in Data Mining and Excel (Advanced Data Analysis). Strong technical aptitude with respect to Inventory Management Systems.
    • Strong ERP/systems experience
  • Specialized Skills: 
    • Strong communication, oral and written.  
    • First-hand experience working within large data sets and from that inventory strategies
    • Proven success influencing cross-functionally and managing change
    • Demonstrated applied problem solving skills 
    • Proficient to advanced computer and presentation skills 
  • Other: Travel (<40%) may be required
