The Technical Recruiter will source, engage, and manage relationships with candidates for US-based positions, demonstrating expertise in various recruitment tools and platforms.
This is a remote position.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of US recruiting experience
- Able to perform complex Boolean searches on the web as well US Job boards (Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, dice.com, indeed.com, theladders.com, etc.)
- Clear understanding of US tax terms - (W2 / C2C / 1099) and US work authorization types (H1-B / Green Card / TN / EAD).
- Ability to engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, meetups, Twitter, etc.
Requirements
- Experience engaging with talent through GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.
- Track record of building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with the candidates
- Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven success in a very fast-paced team environment
- Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
- Ability to maintain and nurture the relationship with old and new clientele.
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent; a disciplined strategy to source, engage and nurture prospective candidates
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
