We’re seeking a strategic visionary to define and lead the Advisor Desktop Experience—an intuitive, AI-powered workspace that streamlines how advisors prepare, serve, and deepen relationships. This leader will own the long-term advisor experience vision and roadmap, translate experience design insights into capabilities, and orchestrate delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, and CX Research & Design.

What you’ll do

• Set the North Star: Own the vision and multi year roadmap for an integrated, AI-enabled advisor desktop—grounded in advisor needs and business outcomes which ultimately helps to deliver exceptional client experiences and strong advisor & client relationships.

• Define new capabilities: Shape and prioritize capabilities that simplify workflows, surface insights, and improve advisor effectiveness.

• Apply experience design rigor: Develop and maintain advisor personas; map end to end internal advisor journeys; produce blueprints that inform product strategy and technical design.

• Lead across functions: Operate within a cross functional ecosystem—Product, Engineering, Data, CX Research & Design—to align on outcomes, sequencing, and delivery.

• Champion AI: Partner with data and platform teams to embed AI capabilities (e.g., task guidance, summarization, recommendations, search/knowledge) responsibly and measurably.

• Own outcomes: Establish OKRs and success metrics (adoption, efficiency, satisfaction); instrument the experience to capture insights and iterate.

• Provide thought leadership: Bring domain expertise, industry perspective, and persuasive storytelling to influence senior stakeholders and energize teams.

• Connect CRM & desktop ecosystems: Ensure the advisor desktop complements and extends industry-leading CRM platforms and enterprise desktop suites to deliver seamless workflows.

Minimum qualifications

• Enterprise UX and/or Product leadership in complex, multi application desktop experiences; success operating in highly matrixed product environments.

• Hands on experience with industry-leading CRMs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and large enterprise desktop suites.

• Demonstrated experience design expertise: persona development, journey mapping, blueprinting, and translating insights into product requirements.

• Track record of thought leadership and domain expertise in advisor/wealth, financial services, or complex B2B workflows.

• Practical experience shipping AI capabilities (assistants, summarization, recommendations, intelligent search) with attention to data quality, safety, and measurement.

• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across business, product, design, and engineering.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with design systems, information architecture, service design, rapid prototyping and componentized UI patterns for large-scale environments.

• Familiarity with micro frontends or modular product architectures; integration patterns across CRM, telephony/contact center, and knowledge systems.

• Exposure to governance and operating models that sustain product excellence (OKRs, portfolio planning, roadmapping, metrics).

• Background in advisor practice management or client service workflows.
