This is a remote position.

What you'll be doing:

Design user experiences: from scenario analysis to final mockups (user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes).

Develop and evolve a design system, keeping it relevant and usable for the entire team.

Conduct UX audits of existing pages and propose solutions based on user experience and business objectives.

Create landing pages and multi-page websites in Tilda using standard blocks and Zero Block.

Develop responsive versions, ensuring interfaces function correctly on all devices.

Work with typography, animation, composition, and visual hierarchy to create clear and effective interfaces.

Participate in user research, analyze feedback, and translate it into specific product improvements.

Work closely with the marketing team, understanding business goals and proposing design solutions that help achieve them.

What's important to us:

At least 2 years of experience with Tilda and a strong command of Zero Block.

Excellent knowledge of Figma and experience in interface design.

Understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to create interfaces that look modern and help achieve business goals.

A strong sense of composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS—sufficient to independently solve small technical problems.

Experience creating landing pages and multi-page websites.

Ability to justify design decisions and collaborate with marketers and developers.

A portfolio of completed projects to share.
