The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Vendor Support Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage vendor relationships, ensure timely issue resolution, and maintain smooth operational processes with external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries and support requests
- Track and resolve vendor-related issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendors meet operational requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor processes and relationships
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, operations, or customer support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
