Remote: Must reside in one of the following states -- Arizona, Florida, Texas

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from pet parents, veterinary practices, pharmacies, and vendors
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage wellness, sick, surgical, and urgent appointments
- Answer questions about services and assist with appointment-related needs
- Conduct follow-ups and outreach for prior medical requests and authorizations
- Research and resolve customer issues using active listening and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with teams and leaders using virtual tools (Zoom, Slack)
- 1-3+ years of small animal veterinary or related industry experience
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, virtual call center environment
- Comfort using multiple computer systems and navigating online resources
- Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and pass a background check
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace suitable for webcam use
- Wired high-speed internet (30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)
