Position Description:  
The ServiceNow Identity Security Manager is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of identity security implementation projects for enterprise clients. This role focuses on day-to-day project leadership, client engagement, and successful delivery of identity governance and authorization visibility solutions using ServiceNow and Veza. 

The Manager works closely with client stakeholders, architects, and internal delivery teams to translate business and security requirements into implemented solutions, while mentoring consultants and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Statements of Work (SOWs). 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of identity security implementation projects from initiation through completion. 
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders during engagements. 
  • Lead stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and validate identity security and IAM requirements. 
  • Translate business and functional requirements into clear implementation plans and technical approaches for identity governance and authorization visibility engagements. 
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines, scope, and Statements of Work (SOWs). 
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues and escalate as needed to architects or leadership. 
  • Oversee implementation of identity governance, access certification, and authorization visibility solutions. 
  • Support configuration of identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews. 
  • Coordinate integration of identity security insights with broader cybersecurity programs including SecOps and IRM (exposure management, vulnerability management, or security operations). 
  • Review solution designs and configurations to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices. 
  • Lead clients through and support governance strategies for human and non-human identities including service accounts, APIs, machine identities, and AI agents. 
  • Lead and coordinate delivery teams and ensure project milestones are met. 
  • Assign work, track progress, and ensure accountability for project deliverables. 
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback on identity security implementations and best practice to strengthen delivery capabilities. 
  • Support onboarding and skill development for new team members. 
  • Ensure solution quality meets defined functional and technical requirements. 
  • Solicit and manage client feedback related to quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of delivered solutions. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and implementation standards. 
  • Support internal collaboration with architects and senior leaders to evolve identity security delivery approaches. 
  • Support internal sales and account teams in identifying identity security opportunities, proposals, and client pursuits.



Requirements
  • 6–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), identity security, or cybersecurity consulting. 
  • Experience managing or leading IAM or identity security implementation projects. 
  • Hands-on experience implementing identity governance solutions on ServiceNow. 
  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM, SecOps, or CMDB integration for identity security use cases 
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification, and provisioning concepts. 
  • Working knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM. 
  • Experience with scripting or automation using Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell. 
  • Strong consulting, analytical, and client-facing communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate geographically distributed teams. 
  • Experience with Veza or similar authorization visibility platforms preferred, including authorization graph analysis and access certification workflows. 
  • Familiarity with governing non-human identities including service accounts, APIs, machine identities, and AI agents preferred. 
  • ServiceNow CSA or CIS certifications (IRM, SecOps, or related) preferred. 
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Clear Skye, or CyberArk preferred. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, based on client needs.
