Are you a scrappy, systems-minded marketer obsessed with building growth engines from zero? Do you know how to find the right leads, build content that converts, and turn cold outreach into warm opportunities? At BetterFutureLabs, we move fast-backed by TechUnited NJ’s connectivity, with deep expertise in Multi‑Agent Systems and B2B SaaS. We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive content, outbound lead generation, and studio-wide brand visibility across channels-including social.

About the Role

You’ll lead growth marketing across BetterFutureLabs and its portfolio of AI ventures. From managing outbound and nurturing campaigns to crafting SEO-optimized blog content and owning our studio and venture social media presence, you’ll be the bridge between our ideas and the people who need to see them.

Our studio builds companies like Casey (a multi-agent AI for insurance fraud investigations) and Jack (a smart home maintenance copilot). Each product has its own story, buyer, and go-to-market challenge. You’ll help uncover and amplify those stories-and drive action.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Generation & Contact Sourcing: Use tools like Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn to identify ideal customer profiles, pull clean contact lists, and power outbound flows across email and social.

  • Outbound Campaign Execution: Build outbound sequences with a conversion mindset. Test messaging, track response rates, and get us in front of the right users and buyers.

  • Build Content Architecture: Design and manage topic clusters, landing pages, and knowledge libraries for multiple ventures. You’ll think in systems-pillar content, internal linking, and long-tail optimization.

  • Marketing Automation & Workflows: Set up and manage automated flows using n8n, Zapier, or similar tools. Pipe leads into CRMs, sync across Airtable, Notion, or HubSpot, and eliminate repetitive tasks.

  • Content Creation & AI Drafting: Leverage AI tools like OpenRouter and AI to draft and polish high-impact blog posts, landing pages, and outbound messaging. Repurpose and remix for scale.

  • Own SEO & GEO Strategy: Take full ownership of our organic discovery footprint. Set vertical-specific SEO goals, geo-targeted expansion strategies, and drive execution end to end.

  • Social Media Execution: Post and grow across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and X. Build content calendars, post product updates, and keep our brands in the public conversation.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track campaign performance across SEO, outreach, and content. Make fast decisions using real metrics-traffic, response rates, conversions-not vanity views.

  • Ship Fast, Iterate Faster: Launch experiments across channels and tactics, double down on what works, kill what doesn’t, and keep the growth engine moving forward.

About You
  • You live on X and AI social media communities, searching for new ways to improve your workflows with AI.

  • We tend to be the people our network comes to when they are looking to find out about the latest and greatest AI tools, you should be too.

  • You blend strategic intuition with AI efficiency-guiding generative tools to reflect your tone, voice, and emotional intent while letting automation handle the heavy lifting.

  • You’re emotionally fluent, crafting messaging that resonates on a subconscious level-making audiences nod, laugh, or connect deeply-while AI systems manage drafts, tests, and distribution.

  • You launch campaigns in hours, not weeks-releasing multiple creative variations (ads, posts, emails) and letting real-time performance guide your next move.

  • You operate independently, with lean AI-driven workflows that replace full agency teams-you’re a one-(or two-)person marketing machine.

  • You build emotional authenticity-not just conversions-by tapping into what audiences feel, not only what they click.

  • You’re data-savvy yet creative-constantly running tests, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating to refine both tone and tactics.

Bonus Points
  • You’ve done growth for early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startups.

  • You’ve worked across multiple verticals and know how to adjust tone per audience.

  • You’ve managed freelancers to scale content or outreach.

  • You’ve created your own content brand, newsletter, or growth experiment.

Why BetterFutureLabs?
  • Multiple Ventures, One Mission: Apply your skills to a rotating pipeline of companies solving real-world problems with AI-from insurance investigations to smart home ops.

  • Studio Backing: Collaborate with our in-house AI engineers, product designers, and venture leads.

  • Real Impact: You’ll be the engine behind our first customers, first traction, and first investors.

  • Flexible, Remote Work: Own your schedule and your outcomes. We care about what you ship.

  • Equity Optionality: Step deeper into a venture as it grows and earn meaningful equity.

How We Hire
  1. Intro Call (30 min) – Let’s talk systems, writing, and where you thrive.

  2. Tactical Exercise (1–2 hrs) – Show us a sample outbound flow, content piece, or campaign plan.

  3. Team Interview – Deep dive into execution, iteration, and your approach to chaos.

  4. Offer – Move fast. Build faster.
