Our agents have already delivered measurable impact:

  • Over 5 million hours of contact center operations saved

  • 35% more calls answered compared to non-AI operators

  • 45 million calls handled with a 99.9% uptime

Backed by Accel, Atlantic Labs, and Singular and trusted by over 1,000 customers, our growth leads an industry shift toward sophisticated and accessible conversational AI.

About the Role
We’re seeking a Vice President of Channel Sales & Partnerships to build and scale Synthflow’s indirect go-to-market engine. You’ll own our channel sales strategy, recruit and activate partners, and develop programs that drive measurable revenue through resellers, technology alliances, and system integrators.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role — blending strategic vision with executional leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to define partnership models that expand market reach, generate pipeline, and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead Synthflow’s global channel sales strategy — spanning resellers, technology partners, and system integrators.

  • Design and launch a scalable partner program with tiering, incentives, enablement, and certification paths.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel and alliance partners that drive new revenue.

  • Create and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and integration plays.

  • Negotiate and manage reseller and distribution agreements, ensuring clear commercial alignment and ROI.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to develop integration and OEM opportunities that strengthen partner value.

  • Build and lead a team of partner sales and enablement leaders to scale revenue through indirect channels.

  • Establish and track channel performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and revenue accountability.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or business development roles, with at least 5 years leading teams.

  • Proven success building or scaling channel revenue in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.

  • Strong understanding of VARs, MSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances in adjacent markets (AI, CCaaS, CX, automation).

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through indirect go-to-market models.

  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — able to operate strategically while executing tactically.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience launching a channel function from scratch at a high-growth SaaS startup.

  • Background in AI/automation, CCaaS, or CX technology.

  • Prior success creating joint GTM programs with major technology partners or global integrators.
