Vice President of Finance

How this role will Serve, Own and Grow at Rev:

We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping drive clarity, accountability, and performance across the business.
This role is designed for a strategic finance leader, not a traditional accounting executive. The VP of Finance will help ensure that every team across the company understands the metrics that matter, how their work ties to company performance, and how to drive measurable impact at Rev.
The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, strong analytical rigor, and deep business partnership skills. They will work closely with department leaders across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to translate financial insights into decisions that accelerate growth. This role will be critical in aligning the organization around clear KPIs, financial discipline, and operational execution.

🔍 Responsibilities:

Drive Company Performance Through Metrics

  • Establish and operationalize the core metrics that drive company performance

  • Ensure every team understands the KPIs tied to company growth and success

  • Translate company goals into measurable outcomes across business units

Partner Closely With Department Leaders

  • Develop a deep understanding of each business unit and its drivers

  • Partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and growth

  • Provide clear financial insights that support operational decision-making

Lead Strategic Financial Planning

  • Own company forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning

  • Guide investment decisions and resource allocation

  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Help leaders across the company align around shared metrics and priorities

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities to improve business performance

  • Ensure financial insights translate into actionable business decisions

Build a Metrics-Driven Culture

  • Help teams adopt a disciplined approach to performance measurement

  • Create visibility into business performance across the company

  • Serve as a catalyst for data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:
  • Experience

    • 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy

    • Experience working closely with executive leadership teams

    • Background in management consulting, investment banking, strategic finance, or similar analytical environments

    • Experience partnering with multiple business units in a high-growth company

    • SaaS or technology company experience preferred

  • Skills

    • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills

    • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights

    • Strong ability to influence leaders across departments

    • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Leadership Traits

    • Strategic thinker with strong operational instincts

Location Requirement:
