Within our Delivery function, we are creating this new VP within our Delivery function. This role will take on a much broader, commercial scope—specifically focusing on global scaling, multi-site digital transformations, and driving new revenue from our existing accounts. This position will reporting directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.
Requirements:
- Scale Global Delivery: Drive the successful end-to-end delivery of complex software projects—encompassing planning, execution, and post-implementation support—ensuring strict alignment with evolving business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify, evaluate, and implement next-generation improvements to software delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall efficiency, predictability, and quality.
- Land & Expand Strategy: Partner with executive accounts to identify new value-added service offerings, driving follow-on service orders and incremental revenue from an expanding portfolio of existing customers.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead strategic, high-impact discussions and workshops for large-scale enterprise projects, designing and facilitating complex, multi-site deployment plans.
- Resource & Capacity Planning: Optimize resource allocation (people, budget, technology, and time) across a growing portfolio to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget parameters.
- Team Building & Upskilling: Proactively assess delivery capability gaps; build, mentor, and continuously upskill distributed and global delivery teams to deepen industry and product expertise.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including enterprise clients, strategic vendors, and cross-functional departments.
- Risk Mitigation: Architect and execute robust risk-management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks impacting project or product delivery timelines.
- Product Standardization Advocacy: Leverage strong influential leadership skills to champion the adoption of the core enterprise product platform, minimizing unnecessary custom coding or modifications.
- Performance & Culture Development: Set clear, measurable goals aligned with corporate business priorities; provide consistent coaching and professional development to minimize turnover and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Commercial Sales Support: Serve as a strategic delivery partner to the Sales Executive team, developing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and presenting implementation frameworks to high-value prospects.
- Market Ambassadorship: Stay ahead of industry best practices, emerging trends, and digital transformation methodologies, representing the organization at key industry events, conferences, and functions.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of proven executive leadership experience managing large-scale, end-to-end software delivery and complex enterprise digital transformations.
- A master's degree in a relevant field ( computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical Technology ) is preferred
- Demonstrated success in a "land and expand" commercial environment, with a track record of identifying new service opportunities and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Expertise in managing global, distributed teams and optimizing multi-million dollar delivery budgets.
- Strong technical acumen regarding enterprise software products, deployment lifecycles, and configuration management.
- Exceptional influential communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex client relationships and align cross-functional stakeholders.
