As our Vice President of Information Technology and Security, you’ll shape the digital backbone of an iconic brand. You’ll lead the charge to scale our systems, strengthen our security, and enable continued growth. 

This role will oversee enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations while guiding multiple software implementations and developing a forward-looking technology roadmap. Partnering with senior leadership, you’ll align our technology strategy with business goals, foster a culture of innovation and accountability, and help Tito’s do good, grow strong, and stay connected in every way that matters. Your core responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership 

  • Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns technology initiatives with business objectives, driving innovation and scalable growth. 
  • Oversee enterprise-wide systems, data, reporting, and cybersecurity programs that enhance efficiency and security. 
  • Partner with executive leadership to modernize systems, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide strategic investments. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex technology trends into actionable business insights. 

 ERP Systems Leadership 

  • Lead and optimize the organization’s ERP systems, driving continuous improvement and system enhancements. 
  • Strengthen production planning, inventory management, and financial reporting through deep ERP expertise and sound data governance. 
  • Streamline workflows and cross-functional processes to improve utilization and operational efficiency. 
  • Manage complex ERP projects to ensure delivery of business objectives on time and within budget. 

 IT Operations Management 

  • Direct enterprise technology operations, ensuring reliable infrastructure performance across internal teams and managed service providers. 
  • Lead governance frameworks that align IT initiatives with business priorities and enhance service delivery. 
  • Oversee the Microsoft ecosystem, including data platforms, cloud environments, cybersecurity tools, and vendor partnerships to ensure resilience and cost efficiency. 
  • Foster innovation and deliver transformative technology solutions that support growth and operational excellence. 

 Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Governance 

  • In partnership with other team members, lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s cybersecurity program. 
  • Maintain strong governance through updated policies, procedures, and audit frameworks that safeguard systems and brand trust. 
  • Oversee implementation of security controls, data protection initiatives, and incident response processes. 
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST). 
  • Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans and oversee data privacy compliance. 

 Team Leadership and Development 

  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT and security team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 
  • Establish clear performance expectations that link team goals to measurable business outcomes. 

 Change Management 

  • Champion a culture where technology and security are integral to Tito’s mission and success. 
  • Build cross-departmental trust, ensuring IT and security initiatives are tightly aligned with company priorities. 
  • Strengthen change management processes to enhance the delivery of IT projects and organizational adoption. 

 Technology Innovation 

  • Evaluate and recommend strategic technologies — including AI, cloud computing, and IoT — that drive business performance and enhance customer experience. 
  • Oversee the implementation of new tools and platforms that improve productivity, security, and operational efficiency. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • One or more of the following certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent. 
  • Experience: 
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, including 5+ years in a senior executive role. 
  • 5+ years managing ERP system solutions. 
  • Proven success leading IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity programs. 
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams. 
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure, including Power Platform, Fabric, Identity, Security & Compliance, and Active Directory. 
  • Experience collaborating with Microsoft Partner providers to leverage secure, innovative solutions. 
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, enterprise software, and cybersecurity frameworks. 
  • Familiarity with modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, and DevOps. 
  • Strong grasp of regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS). 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
