We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to drive global brand presence, revenue growth, and market positioning for a fast-paced, international organization in the semiconductor and manufacturing sector. This role requires a proven ability to thrive in a volatile business environment while leading a diverse, geographically distributed team. Austin, TX is the preferred location for this role; however, we are open to remote candidates based in North America for the right individual.

Insight on your impact:

1. Sales-Driven Marketing & ROI

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Align marketing initiatives with global sales objectives to maximize ROI and expand market share.
  • Implement data-driven methodologies to evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing spend. 

2. Trade Shows & Conventions

  • Lead the planning and execution of major industry trade shows across Europe and other global markets.
  • Represent the company at international conventions, cultivating relationships with industry leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage extensive travel requirements to support high-impact events, networking, and business development activities. 

3. Media & Digital Presence

  • Oversee the company’s global digital footprint, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging across all social platforms.
  • Drive thought leadership through strategic content development, press releases, and integrated digital campaigns.
  • Expand global brand visibility through innovative digital marketing initiatives and emerging platform strategies. 

4. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop a global marketing organization of 8+ professionals, including senior-level social media and email strategy roles.
  • Manage cross-regional teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Establish and execute corporate marketing content strategies, including email marketing, social media programs, and audience engagement initiatives. 

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills 

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience. 
  • Proven experience leading global teams and executing international, multi-region marketing strategies.
  • Deep expertise in trade show and event marketing, digital marketing, and ROI-driven campaign execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level. 

Preferred skills and technical familiarity:

Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role 

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven marketing technologies and advanced analytics to drive performance and insight.
  • Background working in private equity–backed organizations or fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Additional Details:

  • Travel: Significant international travel required.
  • Location: Flexible, with preference for candidates experienced in global operations.
