The VP of Operations will design and oversee Fixify's operational environment, ensuring efficient team placements, collaborating with Customer Success, and mentoring team members while maintaining operational standards and customer satisfaction.
The summary above was generated by AI

You remember the first time an operation you built felt like a live performance done right. Every cue hit. Every handoff landed cleanly. Each person knew their part, but somehow, together, they created something bigger than any one role. From the outside, it looked seamless. Calm. Effortless. Inside, you felt that quiet satisfaction that comes from knowing you designed the rhythm, anticipated the misses, and held the whole production together. It wasn’t luck. It was structure, standards, and your willingness to own the whole system.

Fixify is a Series A company building AI-native IT automation that’s redefining how IT works. We have customers, revenue, and a strong point of view on how humans and AI should collaborate. Our platform operates inside live IT support environments, and behind it sits a 24x7x365 human-supervision layer. They are the humans that help the robots get smarter and step in when judgment is required. That operational layer is core to our product. It’s growing quickly. That’s where you come in.

As the VP of Operations, you’re the architect and producer of our operational environment, ensuring that we have the right team in the right places to deliver 24x7x365 to our customers. You’ll partner with Customer Success to ensure each customer achieves their goals with the Fixify platform. You’ll work with Engineering and Product to identify the problems today that can scale into the solutions of tomorrow. You’ll partner with Finance to ensure that operational efficiency remains front-of-mind, while also partnering with Employee Experience to ensure we don't do that by grinding people down.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll decide which bets to place, and how to shape the team to support our growth. You'll be in the tools, monitoring quality and identifying when we have to scale, mentoring team members and building the right operational rhythms.

If you’re excited by the idea of shaping the strategy, owning the outcome and building something incredible, we should talk.

What we can do for you

  • Give you a front row seat at a fast moving startup
  • Give you real ownership of the strategic direction and long-term evolution of the Operations function
  • Pair you directly with experienced leadership and strong operational partners
  • Give you room to experiment, learn, and build a world-class system from the ground up.

What you can do for us

  • Take responsibility for the design and evolution of Fixify’s operational system.
  • Partner with Finance to align operational decisions to our financial model and cost structure.
  • Ensure every onboarding and service delivery experience is consistent, accurate, and—above all—delightful.
  • Build a learning organization where failures are surfaced quickly, analyzed rigorously, and transformed into documented collective wisdom.

What you should bring with you

  • A data-driven, strategic-thinking core that never loses sight of the human experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of metrics, data analysis, and strategic decision making
  • A proven ability to lead through others by setting context, holding high standards, and communicating complex financial truths across the business.
  • Working knowledge of IT operations tools, automation systems, and the managed services landscape would be a huge plus.
