The Role
Fusion Risk Management is seeking an execution-oriented Vice President of Product Management to lead the evolution, expansion, and market leadership of the Fusion Framework. This role is a player/coach opportunity for a leader will own the end-to-end product lifecycle and team enablement required to accelerate growth and strengthen Fusion's competitive differentiation.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Vice President of Product Management is responsible for building a world class product management team, driving the long-term product vision, and ensuring our offerings deliver measurable value to customers and the market.
Key Responsibilities• Adopt and adapt as AI disrupts product management and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.• Directly lead strategic product initiatives ensuring delivery and business outcomes.• Align product roadmap with corporate objectives, revenue targets, and market expansion goals.• Champion the adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency, analytics, and innovation.• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Product Management organization.• Build a strong, collaborative relationship with Engineering, with a particular focus on customer and market understanding.• Establish KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, retention, and revenue contribution.• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Marketing to define positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market strategy.• Champion the voice of the customer and engage with key accounts to inform roadmap priorities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Understanding of people development and team building with a positive culture mindset.• Passion to lead by example through each stage of the PM process.• Proven senior-level product leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS software environments.• Technical savvy to navigate complex conversations and provide feedback to engineering organization.• Demonstrated ability to translate product strategy into measurable business outcomes.• Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing revenue growth.• Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.• Data-driven decision-making and performance management expertise.
Qualifications (Education and Experience)• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field required; MBA preferred.• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership roles.• 5+ years leading and developing product management teams.• Experience in enterprise SaaS or risk/resilience technology preferred.• Experience integrating AI tools into product team roles and operational workflows.
Early Milestones
30 Days• Complete an assessment of the roadmap, team structure & responsibilities, and performance metrics.• Evaluate PM processes with an eye toward AI disruption.• Build strong alignment with Executive Leadership and key cross-functional partners.• Identify immediate risks, opportunities, and quick wins within the product organization.
90 Days• Strong AI methodology established with broad team adoption.• Delivery of prioritized initiatives to market and tracking of associated KPIs.• Implement a governance and operating cadence that strengthens cross-functional execution.
180 Days• From ideation to delivery with measurable impact on at least one strategic product initiative.• Strengthen product team structure, talent development, and accountability.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000-225,000, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. This role is eligible for executive-level bonus incentives and may participate in long-term incentive programs. Fusion offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
